Account deletion will be available directly inside the AutoIntel app. Until launch, questions about deletion can be sent to the support email address above.

Die Kontolöschung wird direkt in der AutoIntel-App verfügbar sein. Bis zum Start können Fragen zur Löschung an die oben genannte Support-Adresse gesendet werden.

When contacting support

Bei einer Support-Anfrage

• Describe what you were trying to do.
• Beschreibe, was du tun wolltest.
• Include the app version and device model when relevant.
• Nenne bei technischen Problemen App-Version und Gerätemodell.
• Do not send passwords or payment card details.
• Sende keine Passwörter oder Zahlungskartendaten.
