Delete your AutoGarage account and data

You can request deletion of your AutoGarage account and associated data in either of the following ways. You do not need to sign in to this website or have the app installed to make an email request.
1. Request deletion in the app
If you still have access to AutoGarage, use the account deletion option in the application’s account, profile or settings area, where available.
2. Request deletion without the app
Email raduedi7@gmail.com with the subject AutoGarage Account Deletion Request. State that you want your AutoGarage account and associated data deleted.
Whenever possible, send the request from the email address associated with your AutoGarage account. If you cannot use that address, explain this in your request. We may require reasonable additional verification to prevent unauthorized deletion of someone else’s account. Do not send your password.
What will be deleted
After a valid account deletion request is processed, we delete or anonymize personal data associated with your AutoGarage account, subject to the limited exceptions below. Depending on the features you used, this includes:
- Account and profile information.
- Vehicles and mileage or odometer records.
- Maintenance and service records.
- Fuel and expense records.
- Inspection records and reminders.
- Uploaded documents and photographs or images.
- OCR-derived information associated with those uploads.
- Other user-created AutoGarage records associated with your account.
What may be retained
Limited information may be retained where necessary for legal obligations, security, fraud or abuse prevention, dispute resolution, accounting or other legally required records. Retained information is kept only for the required or legitimate retention period.
